BSA Program

The scouts plan and execute their own outings using BSA’s successful program that cultivates independence and capability in each and every scout.  

In Scouting, older youth lead the younger youth, as part of this time-tested leadership program.  Adult volunteers provide appropriate and safe guidance, and help ensure youth and adult volunteers are sufficiently trained to deliver the program.
